Welcome to the Office of Regulatory Services

The Georgia Department of Human Resource, Office of Regulatory Services monitors, inspects and licenses or registers primary health care, long-term care and residential child care programs. We also certify various health care facilities to receive Medicaid and Medicare funds. We help ensure that provider facilities, services and programs meet State and other mandatory requirements. And we offer services, information and resources to help Georgians locate safe care.
