Traumatic Brain Injury Facilities (TBIFs)
- Definition:
- A facility which is devoted to the provision of residential treatment and rehabilitative care for persons who have traumatic brain injury.
- Exemptions:
- Any TBIF operated by the federal government.
- Type Regulation:
- A facility must obtain a permit.
